Someone got her learner's permit a few weeks ago, even did the "happy dance" right there at the DMV. She's now driving me............everywhere.I love the way when she gets in the car that it takes 5 minutes before we leave the driveway. Checks all the mirrors, adjusts the seat and then plans her exit out of our 15 foot driveway. It's like planning for the space shuttle launch.
I have already worn a hole in the passenger's side of the car where the imaginary brake is.
Chelsea started her Senior year at high school yesterday and yes she drove us to school. So strange to be the passenger now, seems like just yesterday I was driving my baby girl to kindergarten. Ok and yes there was a tear, maybe even two.
Hang on! Did Chelsea cut her hair? It's darling!
